Place a Rubber Maid container in the bottom of your child's closet. When they outgrow something, drop it in (clean) and it will be ready for the next sale.
Plan ahead! Start gathering items and cleaning them well before you are ready to tag. Nothing is worse than being rushed to get your items ready.
Create a "CONSIGNOR" box. Gather all the items you need to get ready for a sale and place them in your consignor box. Items to include:
Safety Pins (buy at Dollar Tree)
Index Cards
Black Marker
Red Marker (for marking No Discount)
Scissors
Ribbon (to help secure small parts)
Gallon size Ziploc bags (for toys and shoes)
Packing Tape (for sealing Ziploc bags and shoes)
Cleaning wipes (to get scuffs off of toys)
Febreeze (to freshen up your items)
